Procedure:
Liposuction of the medial knees.
Patient
Concerns: This 23 year old female
was 5’4”, weighed 113 pounds.
She was concerned about the fullness of
the medial knees.
Dr.
Markus’ Treatment: Unfortunately,
some bulges and disproportion cannot be
lost through mere diet and exercise. Suction
lipectomy was performed. Delicate suction
instruments were used. Although it takes
longer to perform suction lipectomy using
the smaller and delicate instruments, the
possibility of visible depression and/or
skin irregularities are minimized. A total
of 100ccs (0.25 pounds) of fat tissue was
removed from each knee.
In
addition, bilateral breast enlargement was
performed.
