Procedure: Bilateral breast augmentation.

Patient Concerns: This 36 year old female was 5’5”, weighed 110 pounds and wore an A brassiere. She was concerned about her breast size and felt they looked like ‘shriveled raisins’.

Dr. Markus’ Treatment: Bilateral breast enlargement was performed using a crease incision for submuscular placement of textured anatomic saliene filled mammary implants. Because there was little breast tissue present, the implants were placed under the muscle to avoid implant edge visibility superiorly. 240cc implants were placed and this patient’s breast size changed from an A-cup to a B-cup.
