Procedure: Bilateral breast augmentation.
Patient
Concerns: This 23 year old female
was 5’4”, weighed 113 pounds
and wore an A brassiere. She was concerned
about the lack of breast development and
desired subtle breast enhancement.
Dr.
Markus’ Treatment: Bilateral
breast enlargement was performed using a
crease incision for submuscular placement
of textured anatomic saliene filled mammary
implants. Because there was little breast
tissue present, the implants were placed
under the muscle to avoid implant edge visibility
superiorly. 195cc implants were placed and
this patient’s breast size changed
from an A-cup to a B-cup.
In
addition, liposuction to the medial knees
was also performed.
